I'm new here - what do I need to know?

Welcome! Here are the ABCs of finding your way around your new Mosh membership.

Here are 6 main things you need to know. 

Psst! You can find a detailed run-down of how your subscription works here. Simply click on the link that is relevant to you (prescription products, non-prescription products, or allied health).
  1. Mosh is a subscription service. 
  2. Delivery cycle - You will receive your product once per month
  3. Billing cycle - You will be charged once per month, unless you have selected a different billing frequency at checkout. 
  4. Your user portal is the #1 most important place to manage your membership and check for information. You can access your portal via the App, or by signing into your account via the website. From here, you can make changes (such as changing your delivery date or billing information), find information about your treatment, and contact the medical team. All communication from your practitioner will go to your portal, to keep it safe and password protected. Don't worry, we'll also send you an email you to prompt you to check!
  5. If you have a prescription product, you will need to renew your script when it runs out. There is no additional cost to this. Here is a quick run down on what to expect. 
  6. If you have a question about your treatment, including whether you'd like to change a treatment, you can reach out to a member of the medical team at any time via the Medical Care tab in your portal.
