How do I delay or bring my next order forward?

Bring forward your next order or snooze? ▶️ 💤

When a billing or order date occurs, we will attempt to make a payment for your treatment plan. If the payment is successful an order will be created. If there is a valid script on file, your order will be sent to the pharmacy for preparation and delivery.

You may want your order earlier or may want to take a break for a little while. We're happy to accommodate these requests!

We've given you the control over your treatment plan and billing dates! 🎮



Change your billing date via your Mosh Portal


Step 1: Login to your Mosh account by clicking here.

Step 2: Click on Manage subscription on the left side. 

Step 3: Click on the Manage button for the active subscription. (If you have multiple subscriptions that you want to snooze, you will have to repeat the steps for each subscription.)


Step 4: Click on the grey pencil next to Next Order date 



Step 5: Follow the prompts to adjust your date. You can return to this manage subscription page to ensure your change took effect! 😀
