How do I delay or bring my next order forward?
You can manage your subscription via your Mosh App on your mobile device or the Mosh Portal in your web browser.
Via App:
To change the timing of your next order via your App:
- Click 'Orders'
- Click 'View my subscriptions' and select the subscription you want to manage.
- Click 'Manage subscription'
Via browser:
To change the timing of your next order, login to your Mosh Portal and then:
- Click 'Manage Subscriptions' 👇
- Click 'Manage' on the specific subscription you wish to change
- 'Change Next Renewal Date' to your preferred day.
