Please be aware that you're subscription will continue to bill while your subscription is active. You can push back your billing date by following these instructions.
There are two ways of reaching out to our lovely medical team.
šOn your Web browser.
šOn the Mosh App.
If you're contacting the team via your browser,
login to your Mosh Portal, and click on the "Medical Care" tab on the left. From here, you can either schedule a call with a practitioner who has the ability to review and change your treatment, or ask your query to one of our nurses. If necessary, the nurse can also connect you with a doctor. š
If you're contacting the medical team on your Mosh App,
Simply open up the App and click on the "Treatment" tab on the bottom of the screen.
How about snoozing your account instead? š¤
When a billing or order date occurs, we will attempt to make a payment for your treatment plan. If the payment is successful, an order will be created. If there is a valid script on file, your order will be sent to the pharmacy for preparation and delivery.
You may have an excess supply of medication or you would simply like to take a break for a little while. We're happy to accommodate this request!

If you're snoozing via your browser,
Step 1: Login to your Mosh account by clicking here.
Step 2: Click on the Manage subscription on the left side.
Step 3: Click on the Manage button for the active subscription. (If you have multiple subscriptions that you want to snooze, you will have to repeat the steps for each subscription.)
Step 4: Click on the grey pencil next to Next Order date
Step 5: Follow the prompts to adjust your date. You can return to this manage subscription page to ensure your change took effect! š
Steps for cancelling your subscription. ā

To cancel your Mosh subscription:
Step 1: Login to your Mosh account by clicking here.
Step 2: Click on Manage subscription on the left side.
Step 3: Click on the Manage button for the active subscription. (If you have multiple subscriptions that you want to cancel, you will have to repeat the steps for each subscription.)
Step 4: Click the Cancel subscription button under your treatment. You will be presented with a number of prompts. You can return to this manage subscription page after going through the options to ensure your change took effect. Your treatment should no longer say Active if you successfully cancelled your subscription.
Please be aware that cancelling your subscription does not cancel existing orders. You will need to contact our Customer care team to see if it's possible to cancel your order.
