Why do I need to verify my ID?

Given the nature of our service it is important that we can confirm you are over 18, the script is in the correct name and the doctor knows who they are providing advice to. 

Once a treatment plan is accepted and paid for we will prompt you to complete a verification via the Australia Post's Digital ID Program. To learn more about Digital ID, click here.
