Check the 'Treatment' section of your App, or the 'Medical Care' section of your Portal. If all else fails, reach out to a Mosh practitioner! Here's how:
You'll have an opportunity to ask and learn all about the treatment(s) recommended to you from your doctor, prior to deciding whether to proceed!
If you've already decided to commence treatment, but you can't remember what the doctor said, or you have more questions, you can find the information saved in:
- the "Treatment" section of your Mosh App; and
- the Medical Care section in your Mosh Portal.
With each order we also include a QR code that links you straight to that information.
If you're still uncertain, you should always consider reaching out to a practitioner.

To contact the medical team on your App, simply open up the App and click on the "Support" tab on the bottom right of the screen. From here, to speak to medical staff, click "Medical advice, side effects or results". On the next page, let our team know that you have a "General medical query" and type out the details in the text box below. 👇

If you're contacting the team via your browser, login to your Mosh Portal, and click on the "Medical Care" tab on the left. From here, you can either schedule a call with a practitioner who has the ability to review and change your treatment, or ask your query to one of our nurses. If necessary, the nurse can also connect you with a doctor. 👇
