I cannot connect with my Practitioner via video?

Technology can fail us (and your Practitioner) but if for any reason there are technical issues, the Practitioner will do their best to call you, to conduct the consultation over the phone. This will be from a private number during or close to your session time.

If for any reason you cannot connect at all, let us know via your Mosh Portal or email hello@getmosh.com and we will assist you in troubleshooting and rebooking.
