Most treatments
There’s no lock-in. You can cancel anytime from your portal. Just make sure you do it before your next billing date, otherwise that order will still go ahead.
Need a break rather than a goodbye? You can push your next order back in your portal instead. Handy if you’re travelling or just want some breathing room ✈️
Weight loss - Commit & Save
Commit & Save plans have a 3-month minimum commitment, so they work a little differently. You can schedule your cancellation anytime from your portal, and it’ll take effect at the end of your current 3-month block. Until then, your remaining orders will continue as normal. To stop your plan rolling into a new 3-month block, cancel before the new block starts.
If your practitioner advises that treatment isn’t right for you, or something exceptional comes up, get in touch with our team and we’ll review an early cancellation. A termination fee may apply. You’ll find the full details in Am I locked into a contract?
