When will I receive my order? (Recurring prescription treatments)
For recurring orders, if we have an active script on file, we will ensure your orders are dispatched by the pharmacy with enough time to ensure you don't run out before you receive your next delivery.
When you run out of script repeats, we will make sure to remind you so that you can check in with a doctor with enough time to renew your script before you run out of treatment. Check out Renewing My Prescription for further information.
If it's been over 7 days since you completed your purchase or your doctor renewal and you still haven't received your order, please reach out to our friendly Customer Service team at hello@getmosh.com.
