How do you price your programs?

What does the cost of your programs include, and why is it different to my local GP or pharmacy?

We work hard to keep our prices low while providing the best customer service possible.

Moshy's treatment programs are priced to ensure that we can provide each of the following to every Moshy member:

  • Unlimited access to consultations via phone, online-message and/or video call with our medical team, including doctors, nurse practitioners and registered nurses;
  • The product(s) themselves;
  • Discreet and express delivery of your product(s);
  • Change-in-treatment and/or dosage adjustments by a prescribing practitioner;
  • Coordination between practitioners and pharmacies;
  • A secure and private user portal to store your treatment information and manage your orders; and
  • Members-only access to the Moshy app to track your progress, as well as other features such as recipes and meal plans. 

Plus, we have a customer service team ready to answer any non-medical queries and/or help you find the right person to speak to.
