How do I delay or bring my next order forward?

You can manage your subscription via your Moshy App on your mobile device or the Moshy Portal.

To change the timing of your next order via your App:

  1. Click 'Orders'
  2. Click 'View my subscriptions' and select the subscription you want to manage.
  3. Click 'Manage subscription'

To change the timing of your next order, login to your Moshy Portal and then:

  1. Click 'Manage Subscriptions' 👇
  2. Click 'Manage' on the specific subscription you wish to change
  3. 'Change Next Renewal Date' to your preferred day.
