What if my treatment is out of stock?

We partner with as many pharmacies as possible to do our best to ensure you aren't affected by stock outages. However, if your treatment is out of stock, we will notify you immediately as soon as we become aware. Your prescribing practitioner will work with you to find the most appropriate treatment solution. 

For some of the Weight Loss treatment plans, you may have already agreed to receive compounded medication in the instance that the branded treatment is out of stock. If you have already consented to this, in the case of a stock outage, we will instruct the pharmacy to manufacture a custom compounded formula for you which matches the treatment prescribed by your doctor.
