Changing your delivery details is a piece of cake! We've made it super easy for you.

Simply log in to your Mosh Portal.

Click on 'Profile'.

Scroll down to 'Address info'. This is where you can update both your residential and shipping addresses (if they're different!).

You can also include a section for delivery instructions! Just a heads-up: we can't guarantee delivery on specific days or times.

Order already placed? If you've placed an order and need to update the address, please reach out to our friendly customer service team right away at hello@getmosh.com.

Order already shipped? Unfortunately, once it's shipped, we can't change the address for that specific order. Please be sure to update your details in the Portal for all future orders!

Cold Chain Delivery? If your treatment uses cold chain delivery, please contact our team at hello@getmosh.com first. We just need to make sure your new address is supported!
