  3. How do I change my postal address?

🏠 Time to Update Your Address? Here's How!

Changing your delivery details is a piece of cake! We've made it super easy for you.

  1. Simply log in to your Mosh Portal.

  2. Give 'Profile' a quick click.

  3. Scroll down to 'Address info' and click "Edit". This is where you can update both your residential and shipping addresses (if they're different!).

  4. You can also include a section for delivery instructions! Just a heads-up that we cannot accommodate the following requests:

    • Calls before delivery

    • Specific times (e.g "after 5pm")

    • Leave with neighbour
    • Weekend-only delivery
    • Deliver upstairs/via lift (for refrigerated medication)

🔔 Things to note

  • Order already placed but not yet shipped? If you've placed an order that hasn't shipped and need to update the address, please reach out to our friendly customer service team right away at hello@getmosh.com.

  • Order already shipped? Unfortunately, once it's shipped, we can't change the address for that specific order. Please be sure to update your details in the Portal for all future orders!

  • Cold Chain Delivery? If your treatment uses cold chain delivery, please contact our team at hello@getmosh.com first. We just need to make sure your new address is supported!
