Missing a doctor appointment:
If you booked a phone or video consultation and you miss it, you will need to book a new consultation. We will send you an email with a link to book a new appointment.
If you requested a callback from the next available doctor, you will receive an SMS alert approximately 15 minutes prior to your callback. The doctor will try to call you 3 times. If you miss all 3 calls, you will need to book an appointment. We will send you an email with a link to book in.
Missing an appointment with an allied health professional:
If you cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before an appointment you will not be charged. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or miss your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
