# When will I receive my order (Non-prescription treatments)

Non-prescription treatments take approximately 1-2 business days to process. Once payment has cleared and the order is processed, our non-prescription treatments will be shipped directly from our pharmacies to you.

From dispatch, most products will arrive within 1-7 business days, depending on where you are based. As a general guide:

| **Area:** | **Delivery timeline from dispatch:** |
| --- | --- |
| Sydney metro: | 1-3 business days |
| Melbourne metro: | 1-3 business days |
| Canberra: | 1-3 business days |
| Brisbane metro: | 1-3 business days |
| Adelaide metro: | 1-3 business days |
| Perth metro: | 1-3 business days |
| Tasmania metro: | 1-3 business days |
| Other areas: | 4-7 business days |

Most non-prescription treatments are subscription-based, meaning your next order will be automatically dispatched to you so that you do not run out of treatment.
