For first-time prescription treatments, there are a number of steps your order must complete for it to reach your doorstep.
Step 1: Practitioner writes your script after your video or phone consult: After you have paid, had your initial consult (phone or video call) and finished your consent, your doctor will aim to write a script within 1-2 business days.
Step 2: Practitioner sends your script to the pharmacy: Your script is sent to a partner pharmacy within the same business day.
Step 3: Partner pharmacy dispenses your treatment
Step 4: Delivery partner picks up your treatment
For most products that do not require temperature control (we call these 'ambient' products), delivery timeframes are indicated by our delivery partners:

Special note for Weight Loss treatments: Some Weight Loss treatments require temperature controlled environments, including during transit. If this applies to your order, then your order will be picked up on a Wednesday and Friday from one pharmacy and Monday Tuesday and Thursday from other pharmacies. Delivery time will vary depending on location, but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
