For first-time prescription treatments, there are a number of steps your order must go through for it to reach your doorstep.
Step 1: Practitioner writes your script: After you have finished your consents and accepted your plan, your doctor will aim to write a script within 1-2 business days.
Step 2: Practitioner sends your script to a partner pharmacy: Your script is sent to a partner pharmacy within the same business day.
Step 3: Partner pharmacy dispenses your treatment
Step 4: Delivery partner picks up your treatment
For most products that do not require temperature control (we call these 'ambient' products), delivery timeframes are indicated by our delivery partners:

Special note for Weight Loss treatments: Some Weight Loss treatments require temperature controlled environments, including during transit. If this applies to your order, then your order will be picked up on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from the pharmacy. Delivery time will vary depending on location, but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
