For first-time prescription treatments:
After you have finished your consents and accepted your plan, your doctor will aim to write a script within 1-2 business days. This is immediately sent to a partner pharmacy, who will dispense the treatment and handover to a delivery partner to deliver.
For most products that do not require temperature control (we call these 'ambient' products), delivery timeframes are indicated by our delivery partners:

If this applies to your order, then your order will be picked up on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from the pharmacy.
