# What should I do if I am experiencing a side effect?

## If it is a medical emergency please contact local emergency services by dialling 000.

If it is not an emergency, you can contact our medical team via the Mosh App or your [Mosh Portal](https://www.getmosh.com.au/medical_support) in browser. 

**To contact the medical team on your App**, simply open up the App and click on the "**Support**" tab on the bottom right of the screen. From here, to speak to medical staff, click "**Medical advice, side effects or results**". On the next page, let our team know that you have a "**General medical query**" and type out the details in the text box below. 👇

**If you're contacting the team via your browser**, login to your Mosh Portal, and click on the "Medical Care" tab on the left. From here, you can ask your query to one of our nurses. If necessary, the nurse can also connect you with a doctor. 👇
