How do I track my order?

For prescription treatments, your order will be trackable once it has been picked up from a partner pharmacy.

For over-the-counter treatments, your order will be trackable once it has been picked up from our warehouse.

  1. When your order has been picked up by a delivery partner, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  2. Depending on the delivery partner assigned to your order, your tracking information will be available via a link to either the AusPost or HDS website. The majority of orders will be sent via AusPost, however some weight loss medications require temperature control and will instead be sent via HDS. Return to this link any time to track your order's progress, until it arrives discreetly at your front door.

For orders delivered via AusPost, you can also track your order's progress at any time from your App or the Mosh portal. Simply log in and click "Orders" in the App, or "Track Orders" in the portal. 👇
