Sign in to your Mosh account.

Select “Track Orders.” You’ll see a list of everything you've ordered.

Click “track order” underneath the item you're looking for! This links directly to our courier partner's live tracking page.
2. Mosh App📱

Just tap the Profile icon 👤 in the top left corner, scroll down, and select “Orders.”
3. Email & SMS Notifications ✉️

Heads up! It takes the pharmacy about 3–4 business days to prepare your order for shipment.
- Once your order is on its way with our delivery partner, we’ll send you an email or SMS with your tracking information! 🎉
A Quick Note: The tracking link can sometimes take up to 24 hours to become fully active after you receive the notification. Hang tight!
